Ingredients

2,500 water, to boil

1 tablespoon of cooking oil

1 teaspoon salt

250 g of spaghetti Sant’ Alberto

50 g grated parmesan cheese, for sprinkling

1 tablespoon roughly chopped parsley

Sauce

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, chopped

150 g of onion, chopped

400 g of red tomatoes, pour boiling water, peel, chopped

150 g of broth / water

3 tablespoons of tomato paste

2 teaspoons sugar

½ teaspoon of dried basil

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

250 g peeled shrimp (small size)

How to cook:

1. Boil water in a pan, add cooking oil and salt. Add spaghetti Sant’ Alberto, boil for ± 10 minutes or according to instructions in the package until cooked, lift, drain.
