250 gr farfalle Pasta Sant` Alberto

Carbonara Sauce

1 clove garlic (chopped)

1/2 clove onion (chopped)

1 can of bearbrand milk

To taste totole

To taste the pepper

100 gr grated cheese

1 tbs cornstarch (dissolve in 100ml of water)

Crispy Smoked Beef

6 pieces of smoked beef (cut into squares)

1 clove garlic (chopped)

To taste olive oil

Step

1. Boil farfalle Pasta Sant` Alberto in boiling water, add olive oil & salt to taste, cook until cooked.
